Stan brings over 25 years of senior executive experience to the Skyview team. He has established expertise in all areas of multi-residential management and has been a trailblazer and innovator throughout his career. He has been a leader in energy procurement, negotiating some of the first direct-purchase gas contracts in early 1988 and his work in energy management has won awards in that field. He undertook the first installation of smart card systems in apartment laundries in Canada in 1995 and has introduced electronic kiosks in buildings for greater management efficiency. Stan has undertaken preventive maintenance and capital repair programs in over 100 buildings to improve operations and increase value. He has also been successful at the Landlord Tenant Tribunal representing his portfolios to augment revenue streams.
