Danny Iannuzziello

Danny is a graduate of York University in Toronto with a degree in Computer Science. He spent six years in the computer industry while at the same time, forming joint ventures to purchase and manage small to medium size apartment buildings. In 1987 he left the computer industry and started brokering apartment building transactions.

In 1989 he formed Skyview Realty Ltd. as a principal broker. He has personally brokered well in excess of $850 million dollars worth of apartment buildings. He has built a team with systems and processes aided by state-of-the-art technology that virtually gets information into the hands of qualified buyers within hours of getting a go-ahead to market the property.

Danny's membership in various associations that are directly related to his area of expertise keep him abreast of shifts in the industry. As well as being a member of the landlord associations, he is also on the Board of Directors of the Multiple Dwelling Standards Association (MDSA) and is involved in the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA) and Fair Rental Policy Organization (FRPO).
