Pat is a York University graduate with a bachelor of business administration degree from the Schulich School of Business.
After spending three years working in a major Chartered Accountancy firm in the capacity of Auditor, he entered into sales of rental apartment buildings in 1985.
With over 22 years of apartment building experience, Pat offers a vast degree of knowledge and experience in valuations and negotiations.
The public accountancy and audit background has given Pat excellent analytical skills when it comes to financial analyses and rental building experience. This enables Pat to observe and evaluate areas of concern and property potential.
Pat has sold a significant number of rental projects in the Greater Toronto and Surrounding areas since 1985 including rental properties with re-development potential.
With Pat's vast degree of knowledge of the apartment building business combined with his professional dedication, he is ready to provide high quality service to clients and customers.
